SENIOR PARALEGAL

Vanessa Palazzolo serves as Senior Paralegal at PowerTransitions®, supporting the General Counsel with legal, compliance and risk management operations.

 Vanessa brings over a decade of corporate experience to her role, most recently as a Senior Paralegal at Simpson Thacher & Barlett LLP, where she assisted the banking/credit and funds teams. Prior to this role, Vanessa began her career at Sadler Law Group PLLC (formerly known as Sadler Law Firm).

 Vanessa holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Texas State University and a Paralegal Certificate from The Center for Advanced Legal Studies in Houston, TX.
