Todd Annarummo

SENIOR DIRECTOR, ASSET MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS

With over 25 years of diverse experience across the power generation and energy industries, Todd has worked every level of the business — from licensed control room operator and GE gas turbine field engineer to plant manager, regional operations leader, and executive-level asset manager. His background spans combined cycle, thermal, waste-to-energy, district energy, landfill gas, and infrastructure assets across ISO-NE, PJM, and NYISO markets.

He has directed union and third-party workforces, negotiated long-term service agreements, led major outage programs, and driven operational and financial performance across complex multi-site portfolios. Prior to PowerTransitions, Todd held senior roles at Reworld Waste, JERA Americas, Vicinity Energy, WIN Waste Innovations, PurEnergy, NRG Energy, and GE.

Todd holds a B.S. in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, an MBA from Bryant University, and a Massachusetts First Class Engineer License.
