Shawna Green is a Senior Finance Associate, where she supports financial reporting, analysis, and performance management across business operations. Prior to her current role, Shawna gained experience at Calpine, where she supported financial analysis and reporting within the energy sector. In this role, she worked on performance tracking, variance analysis, and financial processes supporting power generation operations, contributing to improved visibility into plant and portfolio performance. Her experience in the energy industry strengthened her ability to navigate complex operational environments, align financial insights with commercial objectives, and support data-driven decision-making.

Shawna holds an MBA in Accounting and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston, providing a strong foundation in financial analysis, reporting, and business strategy.
