Shana Smith-Jones

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Shana Smith-Jones serves as Executive Assistant at PowerTranstions, supporting the organization’s operational efficiency through interdepartmental coordination, administrative management, and executive support. Shana brings to her role over two decades of administrative experience and a proven track record of providing effective and comprehensive support.

Prior to joining PowerTransitions, Shana supported the City of Stafford Fire Department as Administrative Division Manager, where she was responsible for maintaining the Fire Department’s daily work effort, productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency. Previously, Shana managed office administration and operations as Executive Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at Continental Paper Grading.

Shana holds a BA in Business from the National Louis University and an ABS in Business Science from Robert Morris University – Illinois.
