SENIOR DIRECTOR, FINANCE

Mike is responsible for overseeing the Company’s accounting and corporate financial functions.

Prior to joining PowerTransitions®, Mike was Vice President Finance at Kinder Morgan, where he was responsible for and led the segment financial reporting of the combined Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) and Energy Transition Ventures segment. The segment included numerous unitized oil fields, gas processing, combined cycle cogeneration, crude oil and gas pipeline transportation and renewable natural gas facilities. Prior to his progressive career with Kinder Morgan, Mike held roles at EOG Resources and ConocoPhillips.

Mike has an MBA from Texas Tech University and Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University.
