Matthew Lindsey

SENIOR DIRECTOR, EHS & REGULATORY

Matthew (Matt) Lindsey brings more than 20 years of Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and regulatory leadership experience within the power and energy sectors to his role as Senior Director of EHS & Regulatory at PowerTransitions®. In this role, Matt leads efforts to evaluate and manage environmental, health, safety, and regulatory considerations that influence PowerTransitions' strategic initiatives and asset value assessments.

Prior to joining PowerTransitions®, Matt served as Regional HSE Manager - Americas for ContourGlobal, where he provided HSE leadership, support, and oversight for the company's owned and operated power generation assets across the Caribbean, South America, and North America. His responsibilities included supporting a diverse portfolio of generation technologies while partnering closely with regional mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business development teams to address HSE-related risks and opportunities. Matt also led and oversaw HSE due diligence activities associated with acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions throughout the Americas region.

Before joining ContourGlobal, Matt held several progressively responsible positions with Consolidated Asset Management Services, LLC (CAMS), culminating in the role of Director of Health & Safety. During his tenure, he played a key role in developing and expanding the organization's EHS and regulatory framework, leading numerous EHS due diligence efforts, managing asset transitions into and out of the organization, and providing strategic oversight of EHS matters for a nationwide portfolio of power generation assets.

Matt holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from West Texas A&M University, as well as both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Occupational Health & Safety from Columbia Southern University.
