SENIOR DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT

Marissa is a Senior Director of Development with over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. Her expertise spans strategic growth initiatives, energy market risk management, and stakeholder engagement across the natural gas pipeline and power generation sectors. At PowerTransitions®, she leads the full life cycle of large-scale energy development projects from conception through execution.

Prior to joining PowerTransitions®, Marissa held progressive roles in business development, asset management, and trading at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, Constellation Energy, and Conectiv. In these positions, she successfully negotiated complex agreements with utilities, power generators, and large industrial customers. Her deep expertise in asset valuation, contract negotiation, and energy market risk management has been instrumental in maximizing portfolio performance and advancing strategic project development.

Throughout her career, Marissa has developed comprehensive knowledge of energy markets and infrastructure development, with strength in natural gas pipeline projects and delivery systems.

Marissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Villanova University as well as an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Delaware.
