Luke Rowley

SENIOR ASSOCIATE, DEVELOPMENT

Luke Rowley is a Senior Associate, Development at Power Transitions, where he supports the redevelopment of power generation assets for new industrial, energy, and commercial uses. His responsibilities include site evaluation, project development, co-location initiatives, commercial analysis, stakeholder coordination, and execution activities across the development lifecycle.

Prior to joining Power Transitions, Luke worked in infrastructure development and investment banking. At Chiron Financial, he supported capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and other strategic transactions. Most recently, he worked with Rowan Digital Infrastructure on the financing and development of large-scale digital infrastructure projects, including data centers and related energy assets.

Luke's experience spans both the financial and commercial aspects of infrastructure projects, providing him with a unique perspective on project execution, capital formation, and value creation. He earned a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
