Jeffrey E Goldstein has 44 years of US and international leadership in executive and COO/operations management, project development, CFO/financing, strategic planning, risk management, marketing & business development, fund management and EPC project management of which over 34 years with Bechtel Corporation, among the largest private Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company’s globally, three years with General Electric, developing and managing the company’s first Enterprise Risk Management Program for its global power businesses, and seven years providing consulting services in the management of a number of companies in the execution of major development and construction projects.

Jeff’s extensive implementation experience includes $34bn, 16 GW, 37 projects in the thermal, renewable (solar and wind), waste-to-energy, nuclear and grid/transmission power markets, and $25bn, 29 projects in the rail, transit, highway, bridge, aviation, industrial, buildings, environmental, oil & gas, and water/wastewater infrastructure markets.

In addition, Jeff’s comprehensive risk management experience includes $27bn, 160 projects, 108 GW in 46 countries, including the coal, oil, gas, grid/transmission, onshore and offshore wind, nuclear, solar, and hydro project markets.

Jeff is a graduate of Syracuse University, New York, with a B.S. Construction Management, including Architectural Engineering and Business Administration, and State University of New York at Farmingdale with an A.A. in Construction Management, including Civil Engineering.
